Returns & Refunds


Customization involves a level of subjectivity, and there will always be minor differences in colors, design placement, or other aspects of custom printed apparel.

In most cases, custom printed apparel cannot be returned or exchanged. Since custom printed apparel is tailored to your specific design and preferences, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were accurately printed according to your provided specifications. Please review your mockups before approving them and read the terms & conditions carefully before placing your order.
1. General Information

At HelloPrint.pk, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. This returns & refunds policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from HelloPrint.pk.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer service team at helloprintmedia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. HelloPrint.pk is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If rejected, we will contact you with an explanation and return the item to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact our customer service team at helloprintmedia@gmail.com

7. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Printed Flags
  • Gift cards
